The richest neighborhood in Graza City, home to lower nobles not significant enough to have rooms within Graza Palace, or someone’s lucky paramour. Varbella is majorly made up by rows of grand homes or blocks of appealing townhouses. Varbellans spend much of their time in small concert halls or in galleries and while still in reach of everything Espinar Square has to offer, most rarely venture far out of the confines of their private gardens. Varbella is partially walled off and kept under watch by the constabulary for its occupants’ protection
