Albava

Graza’s innermost farming community. Plenty of produce come from outside the confines of the city or are imported from allies, but Albava is the beloved home to the official royal pepper farm. Mostly meaning that Albava’s farms the peppers used both by the imperial kitchen and by Grazan citizens. All kinds of peppers can be found growing in the farms of Albava and the legacy farming families are supremely proud of their work and involvement of one of the biggest staples in Escana cuisine. They also use their own irrigation system and consider their water supply different than the rest of the city’s.

Food to try in Albava: Peppers, obviously. Hot, sweet, stuffed, in soup, as a sauce, hell just bite one.
